    WHERE DO I PICK UP MY TICKETS?

    Your tickets will be available at the museum you requested at the confirmed date, 15 minutes ahead the reserved time. Please notice the exact location of the ticket desk in each museum. See the "Check your reservation" for details.


    WILL YOU SEND MY TICKETS AT HOME BY MAIL?

    No, we will send you a Confirmation Code by Email. You'll receive it within 1 working day (on Monday morning for reservations sent during the weekend). No traditional mail or air courier delivery is used. You present your confirmation Voucher at each museum to receive your tickets. See the "Check your reservation" for details.


    I'M READY TO COME TO EUROPE. WHERE WILL YOU SEND MY CONFIRMATION?

    Your confirmation mail will be sent by e-mail 1 working day after your request; it will contain a link you must visit to view and print the confirmation voucher you need to show at museum to pick tickets up. You can check your reservation status in the "Check your reservation" page


    WHEN DO YOU CONFIRM MY REQUEST?

    Museums require 1 entire working day to confirm visits, so confirmation codes should be reaching you by e-mail the afternoon of the day after your request; please notice that requests made during the weekend will be sent to you on Monday afternoon.


    I NOTICED SOME CODES AT THE END OF MY RESERVATION. WHAT DO THEY MEAN?

    When you correctly complete your reservation process, you will receive two codes: your customer code and your order number. Please do not throw them away, because they will be very useful for every further communication with us. "Check your reservation" to check your reservation status online. Use your customer code to get discount on our mall.


    IS THERE ANY WAY TO PICK UP MY CONFIRMATION WHEN I AM IN VENICE?

    No problem: just send us an indicating us the name and fax number of your hotel in Venice, and we will send you the confirmation voucher there.


    WHAT IS A CONFIRMATION VOUCHER?

    It is the paper required to pick reserved tickets up at museums. Please do not go to the museums without your confirmation voucher, as they will not allow you to enter without it.


    IS MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION SECURE?

    Absolutely. The transmission system we use is an SSL cryptographed connection. As an extra measure of assurance, be aware that your credit card will not be processed by us but through the secure payment gateway of a major bank. This means that your credit card data does not arrive to us and is not saved on our servers.


    WHAT IS YOUR PRIVACY POLICY REGARDING MY PERSONAL DATA?

    As indicated on the website, we just ask for essential billing data. We do not resell or reveal your data to other companies.


    WHAT WILL HAPPEN IF I CANNOT GO AT THE RESERVED DATE AND TIME?

    Your confirmation means that the tickets you requested are available at the museum only at the confirmed date and time. You can only pick them up 15 minutes before the reserved time.


    IF I ASK TO CANCEL MY RESERVATION BEFORE COMING, IS THE TICKET REFUNDABLE?

    If you ask to cancel before coming, you'll be refunded the ticket amount, not the reservation service fee.


    IF I DO NOT COME, MAY I ASK TO BE REFUNDED AFTER THE CONFIRMED DATE?

    No; the morning of the visit, tickets are printed in the ticket office, and after this refund is no longer possible.


    MAY I PICK UP MY TICKET EARLY AND THEN VISIT THE MUSEUMS LATER?

    No, you can pick up the tickets confirmed under your name just 15 minutes before the reserved time.


    DO YOU CONFIRM THE EXACT DATE AND TIME THAT WE REQUESTED?

    We always confirm the date you requested. Sometimes, due to overwhelming demand, some times might be sold out and time of your visit may be slightly different. Read carefully the confirmation voucher you'll receive because it indicates the exact date and time confirmed; please notice that our online database can only be updated on confirmation codes, not times or dates.


    I RESERVED MORE THAN 36 HOURS AGO AND I HAVE NO EMAIL CONFIRMATION - WHAT SHOULD I DO?


    To know the status of your order, just click on "Check your reservation". Please write to to get the link of your confirmation voucher. Please make sure that you don't have any special filters in your mailbox that might block our e-mails.


    WHAT HAPPENS IF I HAVE TO CHANGE AN ALREADY CONFIRMED DATE AND TIME?

    No problem. Every modification is possible. Your new date and/or time are treated as a new reservation. You only incur a € 1.00 fee for ticket, not a second ticket charge. We need you to send us your request by fax to our number +390574401744 your new visit details and credit card information, as our secure server doesn't save it.


    HOW MANY MUSEUM VISITS MAY I MAKE IN A DAY?

    Due to the richness of their contents, each museum deserves no less than two to three hours of your time. The best plan is to visit two museums for day.
