| Within 1 working day after your request, you'll receive an e-mail containing confirmation codes. Please write your e-mail address carefully! |
If you are already travelling, we can send your confirmation code at the hotel you indicate us. Just give us the complete name and fax number. |
The confirmation email is very important because it will allow you to pick up your tickets at the museum. Please be sure to have it with you the day of the visit.
If you find a queue in front of main entrance,
DON'T FOLLOW THE QUEUE
but go directly to Entrance Cashier.
You can check your reservation status clicking on "check your reservation" and inserting your customer code. If you don't remember it you can get it selecting "Already a customer?"
Purchased tickets may be picked up the day of the tour, under the customer's name at Entrance Cashier.
Tickets must be purchased in advance and service coasts are not refundable.
