ATTENTION: A Confirmation Voucher will be sent by e-mail for each museum. You must print it and take it with you to the reservation cashier of the museums the date of your visit to pick tickets up, 15 minutes before the reserved time. Please notice that copy or fax of the voucher will not be accepted by the museum.

If you find a queue at Museum,
DON'T FOLLOW THE QUEUE
but go directly to reservations cashier.

Purchased tickets may be picked up the day of the visit, under the customer's name at museum reservations cashier.

Tickets must be purchased in advance and are non-refundable.
