Reservations must be made with a minimum of 1 day notice.
ATTENTION: A Confirmation Voucher will be sent by e-mail for each museum.
You must print it and take it with you to the reservation cashier of the museums
the date of your visit to pick tickets up, 15 minutes before the reserved time.
Please notice that copy or fax of the voucher will not be accepted by the museum.
If you find a queue at Museum,
DON'T FOLLOW THE QUEUE
but go directly to reservations cashier.
Purchased tickets may be picked up the day of the visit, under the customer's name at museum reservations cashier.
Tickets must be purchased in advance and are non-refundable.

- non European Community citizens under 6 years old

- Service fees (? 1,98) and eventual temporary exhibition fees (about ? 2,00) are always due
- Please notice you'll be asked to exhibit an identity document at the museum entrance
- Civic Museums
- Free: Venice residents and children under 6 years old
- Reduced: children between 6 and 14 years old, students between 15 and 29 years old, and seniors over 65
- Special reductions: for indicated museums, for children between 6 and 14 years old.
- Service fee (? 1,98) and temporary exhibition cost when housed at museums are always due
