EYE MAKE-UP REMOVER with ROSE EXTRACT
Cosmetic Description: A very delicate eye make-up cleanser without soap. It eliminates every trace of make-up whilst maintaining the natural hydration of the eye zone. To the cleansing is added the mellowing action of the rose. Method: Pass delicately on eyelids until cleansed with a pad of cotton wool soaked in eye make-up remover. Rinse with warm water, then apply tonic. Technical Description: Hydro-soluble lotion. Preservative: As per CEE instructions. Perfume: Rose aroma. Active Ingredients: Delicate foaming cleanser.
