POZZAR
A new chapter in the history of Italian - and in particular Triestine - photography is dealt with in this volume. The activity carried out for more than sixty years, starting from the 1920s, by three generations of photographers- Ruggero, Arduino and Ruggero junior Pozzar - and prevalently dedicated to the genre of ?industrial photography?, but also (in the case of Ruggero junior) to theatrical photography, constituted a notable iconographic repertory linked to the city of Trieste. From the ships with their interiors to the large industrial factories, from crime stories to fashion and show business: an unpublished photographic heritage of great charm.
