PAPARAZZI
The volume proposes, through a culling of the materials in the personal and company archives, such as the ?“New Roma Press Photo?” and the ?“Master Photo?” of Bruno Bruni, a wide selection of the work of five Roman photographers: Velio Cioni, Marcello Geppetti, Tazio Secchiaroli, Elio Sorci, and Sergio Spinelli. All things considered, they characterise the stereotype of the ?“paparazzo?”, a phenomenon of particular importance in the development of the visual vocabulary of the past decades and one of the most important and specific events in the recent history of Italian photography.
