ORIENTAL EVOLVED KNOT
This special decoration named "Nodo orientale evoluto" (oriental evolved knot) was the most diffuse of this category and it is characterized by motley leaves and eyelet. Some arcs colored in cobalt blue give an arabesqued look to this decorations. The original dates back to the second part of the 16th Century and is now kept in the Sforzesco Castle Museum in Milan. A piece of italian majolica tradition to bring at home, garanteed by tuscan high quality.
