VILLA LAPPEGGI
This Villa was bought by Ferdinando I in 1569 and then restored in the 17th Century for grand duke Cosimo III's will and on Antonio Ferri's project. Within the usual guests of Villa Lappeggi there is the poet Giovan Battista Fagiuoli, who sang its praises in his "Pleasant Rymes" ("Rima Piacevoli"). The painting is a work of van Utens representing an aereal view of the manor and the countryside sourrrandig it. This is a quality reproduction that will embellish your house with a simple elegance. The support is an MDF light panel (16 mm), aged using cracking technique. Invisible hook for hanging. Borders with chamfered finish.
