Only BULLO's elegant ensemble of brocade, velvet and intricate gold lace keeps us from identifying him as a street urchin. His hand-painted eyes are sparkling with mischief and his big-toothed grin gives him away as anything but angelic. His hat is real velvet bordered with gold lame lace and seashell ornaments, and it ends in a sparkler-like explosion of gold tinsel, final evidence that Bullo has firecracker ideas hiding under his hat!
