FRESH LIGURIAN BASIL PESTO - 6 JARS
The difference consists in the Basilico different origin, the Piana di Albenga, where production are more and better organized. Obviousely the original recipe is faithfully respected also in this product, thus the ingredients are: Basilico, Pinoli, Grana Cheese, E.V.Olive Oil, Garlic and Salt. The quantity of Garlic employed respectfully with tradition is not much, to make agreeabe to everybody. It is then added a low percentage of glutamate (0,03%) to extend its conservation to 60 days. Once it gets at your house you can also frozen it simply in its container to extend furthermore its durability. The only caution you must have to avoid eventual variations, is to defrost it inside the refrigerator, without heaten it. The Pesto alla Genovese is in fact a cold sauce.
