MINESTRONE
This is a typical Tuscan soup cooked throughout the region but also appreciated in other Italian provinces. Rich with a vast assortment of vegetables, it is given further flavour with the addition of ripe tomato so that the base maintains its fresh vegetable taste. We reccommend that all our soups are heated to the desired temperature and then served in a warm terrine, with a swirl of extra virgin olive oil to finish
