HOW LONG DOES A GUIDED TOUR TAKE?

Duration is indicated for each tour; longest tours last 9 hour and shortest tours take 3 hours.

ARE GUIDED TOURS ALL-INCLUDED?

Tours include guide and entrance to museums and artistic places. Transportation is included if you choose it when making your reservation. Food and tips are not included.

IS THERE A MINIMUM NUMBER OF PERSONS REQUIRED TO TAKE A GUIDED TOUR?

No, even a single person can take a guided tour.

WHAT IS THE MEETING POINT FOR GUIDED TOURS?

Departure point for guided tours inside Florence is Via Ghibellina 117r (in Front of Affinity Florence Agency). For guided tours "Ville" and "Poggio a Caiano", meeting point is Mercato Ortofruticolo (Viale Guidoni). Meeting points for guided tours in other cities are indicated for each tour.

CAN I CHOOSE MY GUIDE LANGUAGE?

Yes, at the moment 14 languages are available. Please specify it when making your reservation.

CAN GUIDED TOURS BE TAKEN AT ANY TIME OF THE DAY?

Oltrarno tour can be booked for anytime in the day within opening hours of the museums. The rest of the tours have specific departure times, indicated for each one while making the reservation.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY OF GUIDED TOURS?

If you may cancel a guided tour until 7 days before the tour date, 90% of total import will be refunded. If you cancel your tour from 6 to 3 days before the tour date, only 50% of the original import will be refunded. Cancellations from 2 days in advance to the tour date are not refundable.

IS MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION SECURE?

Absolutely. The transmission system we use is an SSL cryptographed connection. As an extra measure of assurance, be aware that your credit card will not be processed by us but through the secure payment gateway of a major bank. This means that your credit card data does not arrive to us and is not saved on our servers.
