No, we will send you a Confirmation Code by Email. You'll receive it in less than 36 hours in working days (on Monday morning for reservations sent during the weekend). No traditional mail or air courier delivery is used. You present your Code at each museum to receive your tickets. See the "Check your reservation" for details.

WHEN DO YOU CONFIRM MY REQUEST?
Museums require 1 entire working day to confirm visits, so confirmation codes should be reaching you by e-mail the afternoon of the day after your request; please notice that requests made during the weekend will be sent to you on Monday afternoon.
I NOTICED SOME CODES AT THE END OF MY RESERVATION. WHAT DO THEY MEAN?
When you correctly complete your reservation process, two codes will appear on your email confirmation: your customer code and your reservation code. Please do not throw them away, because they will be very useful for every further communication with us. "Check your reservation" to get your confirmation code online. IS THERE ANY WAY TO PICK UP MY CONFIRMATION CODE WHEN I AM IN FLORENCE?
No problem: a few steps from Ponte Vecchio (Via dei Bardi) at the Runner Time Cafè there are some workstations you can use for FREE.
WHAT IS A CONFIRMATION CODE?
It is the code (a five or six digit number) that allows you to pick up the tickets reserved under your name at the entrance of the museum. Every reservation held at the desk of each museum is identified by code, not by name. Please do not go to the museums without your confirmation code
IS MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION SECURE?
Absolutely. The transmission system we use is an SSL cryptographed connection. As an extra measure of assurance, be aware that your credit card will not be processed by us but through the secure payment gateway of a major bank. This means that your credit card data does not arrive to us and is not saved on our servers.
WHAT IS YOUR PRIVACY POLICY REGARDING MY PERSONAL DATA?
As indicated on the website, we just ask for essential billing data. We do not resell or reveal your data to other companies.
WHAT WILL HAPPEN IF I CANNOT GO AT THE RESERVED DATE AND TIME?
Your confirmation means that the tickets you requested are available at the museum only at the confirmed date and time. You can pick up them at that date and time, not earlier or later.
IF I ASK TO CANCEL MY RESERVATION BEFORE COMING, IS THE TICKET REFUNDABLE?
If you ask to cancel before coming, you'll be refunded the ticket amount, not the reservation service fee.
IF I DO NOT COME, MAY I ASK TO BE REFUNDED AFTER THE CONFIRMED DATE?
Yes, if you do not use the confirmed tickets, you'll be refunded the ticket amount, not the reservation service fee.
MAY I PICK UP MY TICKET EARLY AND THEN VISIT THE MUSEUMS LATER?
No, you can pick up the tickets confirmed under your name just at the date and time specified.
DO YOU CONFIRM THE EXACT DATE AND TIME THAT WE REQUESTED?
We always confirm the date you requested. But sometimes, due to overwhelming demand, some times may be sold out and time of your visit may be slightly different. Read carefully the confirmation Email you'll receive because it indicates the exact date and time confirmed; please notice that our online database can only be updated on confirmation codes, not times or dates.
I RESERVED MORE THAN 36 HOURS AGO AND I HAVEN'T EMAIL CONFIRMATION, WHAT CAN I DO?

WHAT HAPPENS IF I HAVE TO CHANGE AN ALREADY CONFIRMED DATE AND TIME?
No problem. Every modification is possible. Your new date and/or time are treated as a new reservation. You only incur a 2.5$ fee for ticket, not a second ticket charge.
HOW MANY MUSEUM VISITS MAY I MAKE IN A DAY?
Due to the richness of their contents, each museum deserves no less than two to three hours of your time. The best plan is to visit two museums for day.
