HOW DO I ORDER?
Please visit our mall. To add the goods you want to the order form, click on "Click to add to your basket". When your shopping is satisfying, just press "Order Form". Select the type of credit card you want to use for payment and then click on "Confirm your Order". In the order form, fill the area for personal billing details. If you want to send the products to somebody else, please fill also the requested shipping form. Complete your order by filling in the credit card information requested.
HOW DO I MODIFY PRODUCTS IN MY BASKET?
You can modify the number and type of items on your basket. If you want to remove an item already in basket, just press "0" and update. If you want to add other items on the basket, just click "Back to the catalog" to continue your shopping. If you want to start all over again, it is enough to click on "Clear all my Order Data".
HOW WILL MY PRODUCTS BE SENT?
Goods are shipped via Air Mail with one of the fastest mailing systems in Italy, by either:
· Prioritary Mail: if your package enters in the size 25 x 5 x 35,5 cm and weights maximum 2 kg. You goods should arrive between 4 and 10 days after we send you the confirmation of delivery mail.
· EMS international: if your order exceeds Prioritary Mail requirements. Your goods should arrive between 4 and 6 days after we send you the confirmation of delivery mail.
I DON'T FEEL COMFORTABLE GIVING MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION ON THE WEB. IS THERE AN ALTERNATIVE WAY OF ORDERING?
You can use the order transmission system you prefer:
· Online order: this method, using cryptographed transmission, ensures privacy of your credit card information. Just fill in your credit card information and press "On line order" at the end of the page.
· Offline order: this is the more traditional method of ordering. Select the button " Press here to get faxable order form" and print the order form using your browser. On the printed ORDER FORM write your credit card details and sign it (don't forget to include the expiration date). Send the completed ORDER FORM including your credit card information via fax (+39 0574 401744). Using this method, your credit card information will appear only on the fax form. Weekend a Firenze will deliver goods when fax arrives.
IS THERE A DISCOUNT FOR CLIENTS OR CLUB MEMBERS?
For already customers and club members, discounts are available using our Sesterzo Fidelity Program.
There is also a discount for ordering big quantities. For orders exceeding ? 258.23, customers receive a 10% discount on the total price of the ordered goods; if your order exceeds ? 387.34, your discount will increase to 15%.
I HAVE LOST MY CUSTOMER CODE, CAN I STILL HAVE A DISCOUNT?

Just go to the Weekend a Firenze Club page and fill in the form. You will soon receive your customer code and start enjoying club benefits.
HOW DO GIFT CERTIFICATES WORK?
Visit our Gift Certificates page and choose one of our four differently priced gift certificates. Then, indicate us if you prefer to tell your friend directly about his gift or if you prefer us to write him (indicating us his name, address and e-mail address). Your friend can then take a look in our mall and choose any product or combination of products with a maximum of gift certificate amount.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT COMPLETELY SATISFIED OF THE PRODUCT I ORDERED?
Within seven days, send notice either via fax (+39 0574 401744) or via e-mail to explaining your reasons (change of mind, faulty, breakage, etc...). In the message please indicate if you prefer to exchange the goods, or receive your money back. Send the goods back to us, insured. You should pay only for the return shipment and insurance. Within seven days of receipt of the returned goods we will either return the replaced goods, if available, or if not, refund the full price of item(s) you are returning, according to your instructions.
Custom-made items cannot be returned or refunded.
